2. Description of Service

AI User Interviews provides an AI-powered user research platform that enables researchers to conduct and analyze asynchronous user interviews at scale. The Service includes AI-moderated interviews, text-first participant responses, optional voice transcription when participants choose microphone mode, screening questions, sentiment analysis, and insight generation.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Data & Privacy

We take data security seriously. Interview transcripts, typed responses, screening answers, researcher-uploaded question media, and optional voice transcripts are encrypted in transit and at rest. Participants can complete interviews without camera access, and optional voice audio is used for transcription rather than presented to researchers as a stored recording. 5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or exploit the Service in any unauthorized manner.

6. Limitation of Liability

AI User Interviews is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
